You may want to ad this to your Essene Practice as it will but help you in feeling the presence and as you realize you are living in it it will come alive to you. Chi Kung ot some call it QiGong is an ancient Chinese exercise program that is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is over 5000 years old. And if done correctly, most do not, you will bring it to life and start to actually feel its presence. This will be a help with the Essene practice.

However, it is an option. The absolute best form that I use myself is called the “Golden Sun Sequence” by Jason Chan. You can find a DVD video of it on ebay and if you have a Roku channel, its available at no cost. If you include this with your practice, it will but help.

I myself do a 15 minute regimen every morning.
